Solano HELP, Inc. is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.

Mission:
The Mission of Solano HELP, Inc. is to prepare Solano County Youth to become healthy people, academic achievers and premier leaders.

Vision:
Our vision is to be the premier youth development organization that produces model citizens who impact the global community.

Our Board of Directors come to us with a variety of skills, experience, and community involvement. Some are involved with the following organizations:

Faith Community (Increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables and physical activity for youth and adults in congregations)

Interfaith Council of Solano County (Board oversight responsibilities for Heather House Homeless Shelter)

Mount Calvary and Shiloh Churches (Promoting healthy lifestyles through nutrition and exercise and Million Pound Challenge, Mount Calvary)

Solano Health Care Homeless Advisory Committee (Increasing access to health care for the homeless, i.e. prescription drug cards

Solano Coalition for Better Health/Critical Mass Health Conductors (Educating individuals to take personal responsibility for their health and serve as peer models to their family, community members, and friends)
